About Us

We Built the School
We Wished We'd Had

Tensora started from a straightforward observation: most AI learning resources are either too abstract to be useful, or too shallow to build real understanding. We set out to do it differently.

Our Story

Structured Learning for a Field That Moves Fast

Tensora was founded in Phuket with a clear idea in mind: AI education works best when it's modular, hands-on, and designed for independent learners. We noticed that talented people often struggled not because they lacked ability, but because the resources available were poorly structured — jumping between disconnected topics, loaded with buzzwords, and light on practical substance.

So we built something different. A small, focused online school where each learning track has a clear scope, defined outcomes, and real exercises built in. We keep our programmes educational — no inflated claims, no shortcuts. Just thoughtful material and mentor support for people who want to actually understand what they're doing.

We're based in Phuket, but our learners are everywhere. The school runs entirely online, which means you can work through the material from wherever you are, at whatever pace the structured schedule allows.

Our Mission

To give curious, self-directed learners a reliable path into AI development — through clear structure, honest content, and practical work.

Our Approach

Modular, self-contained learning tracks with honest scopes. Each module does one thing well. We don't oversell outcomes and we don't pad content with filler.

Our Values

Transparency in what we teach and what we don't promise. Respect for learner time and intelligence. Content that builds genuine understanding rather than surface-level familiarity.

The People Behind It

Our Core Team

A small team with a shared belief that good AI education doesn't need to be complicated — just well-designed.

Krit spent several years working on data systems before shifting focus to education. He designs the core structure of all Tensora tracks and oversees content quality.

NW

Napat Wongsri

Head of Mentorship

Napat manages the mentor programme for intermediate and advanced learners, ensuring feedback is timely, specific, and genuinely useful rather than generic.

Learner Experience & Operations

Alisa handles enrolment, learner communications, and the day-to-day running of the school. She's usually your first point of contact.

How We Work

Our Educational Standards

We apply a consistent set of principles across every module to keep the learning experience coherent and worthwhile.

Defined Scope

Every module has a written scope document. You know what is and isn't covered before you enrol — no surprise topic jumps or hidden prerequisites.

Practice-First Design

Each lesson is built around something you actually do, not just read. Tasks are designed to build muscle memory alongside conceptual understanding.

Honest Outcomes

We don't make claims about employment, income, or specific career results. Our programmes build knowledge and skill — what you do with that is yours to decide.

Data Privacy

Learner data is collected only for the purposes of running your enrolment and communicating with you. We don't sell or share it for advertising.

Responsive Support

Questions sent to the support team receive replies within one business day. Mentor feedback on assignments is provided within the schedule timeline for your track.

Ongoing Content Review

AI is a fast-moving field. We review module content regularly and update material when significant shifts in tools, practices, or concepts make it necessary.

AI Education for Independent Learners in Southeast Asia and Beyond

Tensora sits in Phuket, Thailand, but the school operates entirely online. Learners from across Southeast Asia, and from further afield, work through our modules each month. The combination of self-paced access and scheduled mentor support means the learning adapts to different time zones and work patterns.

Our three tracks — Intro to AI Programming, Data Engineering for AI, and the Advanced AI Systems Programme — form a coherent progression path, though each is also designed to stand on its own. A learner who wants only to understand data pipelines doesn't need to start from the introductory module.

The school has no affiliation with any particular employer, platform, or industry body. We're an independent educational operation, and that independence matters to us. It means our content decisions are driven by what's genuinely useful to learners, not by sponsorship arrangements or promotional agreements.

If you have questions about whether a particular track is suited to your background, the best approach is simply to ask us. We'd rather spend a few minutes helping you find the right fit than have you enrol in something that isn't quite right.
